Mosala is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. He joined the Group in 2021 following more than 15 years experience in the FMCG industry, with extensive experience across multiple brands and geographies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has lived and worked in South Africa, Switzerland, Kenya and Ghana. Mosala prior to joining he was Senior Director: Brand and Commercial Head at Procter & Gamble South Africa responsible for developing brand plans to grow market share, revenue and profit. He was also responsible for leading the marketing organisation, including talent management and development.
