Tumelo is a virtuoso of all-creative-things licensing. She cut her teeth at Primedia Broadcasting, where she was part of the team that established PrimeTalent to manage on-air personalities like Jenny Crwys-Williams, John Robbie, Redi Tlhabi, Jeremy Mansfield, Alex Jay, Bruce Whitfield, etc.

Tumelo then went on to work for Primedia's new division, Primedia Business Solutions where she sold one-stop-solutions for brands across all Primedia divisions (OOH, Mall Advertising, Cinema, Radio, Print, Digital etc.). She then worked for established organisations like Getty Images/Gallo Images, Greatstock/Shutterstock (taking them into Sub-Saharan Africa), Global Citizen and Miss South Africa as Director of Talent 2019 (Zozi Tunzi and Sasha Lee). She's also managed Creators like Trevor Stuurman, Kwena Baloyi, Baba Tjeko and Warren Masemola.

Tumelo is also a Brand Consultant whose specialities are Strategy, conceptualising bespoke brand campaigns and of course, Production. In her role as a Consultant, she has worked with advertising agencies like The Niche Guys, Guerrilla, TBWA Hunt Lascaris and Cheri Yase Kasi. The brands she’s worked on include Unilever, United Nations, Vida E Cafe, Brentwood, KFC, Styling Concepts, Standard Bank, RMB, Woolworths, Nespresso, Stella Artois, Marvel & Disney Studios, Adidas, CANEX, Nike Inc. Portland etc.
