AWEurope Health & Safety Tips

Updated 6/3/2020

Advertising Week Europe 2020 will proceed as planned.

We are keeping a close eye on the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and carefully tracking all of the latest Government updates. We are adhering to all the latest instructions and recommendations provided by the authorities.

The safety of our delegates, partners and staff is our utmost priority, and we are operating to the highest levels of health and safety vigilance. We are working closely with the main venue to put measures in place that will enable a safe running of the event for all.

As we continue to closely monitor the situation, the highest standards of hygiene practices will be enforced at the event, which follow protocols set by government and health officials in the United Kingdom.

A list of the areas affected by COVID- 19 is detailed here. If you have returned from these areas since February 19th and develop symptoms, you should immediately call NHS 111 in the UK, 0300 200 7885 in Northern Ireland or in Ireland call your local Department of Public Health.
